I am a contemporary textile artist whose work encompasses quilting, embroidery and mixed media.
I enjoy creating my own fabric through the use of dye and/or paint which I then embellish with stitch by hand and machine.
I have a BA(Hons) in Stitched Textiles and a Masters Degree in Textiles. I have tutored Contextual Studies at BA level via distant learning specialising in the History of Embroidery and the History of Twentieth Century Art.
